OK, There are 30 or so sales out of 300 at that price level within 1/2 mile last 5 yrs but mostly detatched. Look at the first picture, you assume it's all of the buildings on the picture. Then check the floorplan. Terraced. A long long way from anywhere. They seem to be thinking it's the new sandbanks but at least that's vaguely near the rest of the world.
