Are there really people mad enough

to buy this at 1.25M? Maybe they expect it to go up?

OK, There are 30 or so sales out of 300 at that price level within 1/2 mile last 5 yrs but mostly detatched. Look at the first picture, you assume it's all of the buildings on the picture. Then check the floorplan.

Terraced. A long long way from anywhere. They seem to be thinking it's the new sandbanks but at least that's vaguely near the rest of the world.

Neighbour problems for 1.25M ....
