khali Posted February 2, 2006 Share Posted February 2, 2006 Debt free homeowner. Considered selling up recently, to rent, but have decided to sit it out. The hassle of upping sticks possibly twice in quick succesion (STR then buy again post HPC) isn't worth it for us.
