Can anyone point me to the relevant data? Just trying to temper the fanfare of house price recovery that's in the media these days.... grrrrrr.... You can search by area here: http://www.home.co.uk/guides/house_prices_report.htm?location=london&all=1 Land Registry data though so is misleading as the data they release doesn't include repos or any property the Land Registry don't have a previous sale for...
