Pauly_Boy
As per the topic really, what's the best 5yr fixed rate mortgage on the market? It was HSBC and first direct at 3.89%, but they're now both 4.29%; however they do have an attractive booking fee of just £99!
Sibley's Love Child
That depends on LTV and loan amount?
PbroAgent
Also depends if you are a buyer, a switcher or an existing customer. Best you get proper advice from a qualified IFA relevant to your personal situation.
Pauly_Boy
I'm a FTB with 40% deposit. I'll think i'll have a chat with an IFA as the market has changed alot in the last week but was wondering if anyone knew if any good rates. I've been looking into this too, its still First direct and HSBC (for good LTV). I think the First direct one is slightly better in terms of letting you do unlimited overpayments, whereas the HSBC one is only 20% overpayments.
