Bloo Loo Posted December 31, 2010 Share Posted December 31, 2010 yep, rising house prices make us STRONG and falling ones are WEAK. yet, to me, stretching a rubber band surely makes it more likely to break?...bit like the banking system ponzi where the only answer is to get banks lending again. surely people can see that the ponzi scheme of housing just gets weaker the higher the asset prices are leveraged?? the emphasis in the MSM is wrong...in truth, its more than wrong, its a diversion from the truth and DESIGNED to put the FEAR of missing out into the populace.
