So i went on rightmove and had a look around and low and behold http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sa...cending%3Dfalse Asking price increase, this house had gone from Availible to SSTC many times over the last year and yet now they raise the asking price. When are the next figures out? There was mention of this in another thread. Houses hanging around SSTC for ages at price A. Coming off Rightmove. Back on again at higher price B for a short time. Then *miraculously* "Price Reduced" - (from price B to price C) which gives the (wrong) impression that the house is more heavily discounted. Potential buyer thinks "Oooooh - it was on at B now it's at C" - when in fact it was on at A - and didn't sell. Basically b*llocks. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
