Just caught Gorgeous Gordons budget statement, anyone else notice how he is trying to smile much more frequently and at the same time restrict the amount of times he sneers and draws breath ghoulishly through his mouth? I know this has little to do with HPC but I just wanted to know if anyone else had noticed these subtle changes? And trying to work out what the budget really means has given me a headache.

Getting gazumped in September may have been a true blessing in diguise IMHO!

Just a couple of points: Some people buy a HOME not a house, so why should they move. Why shouldn't they be able to enjoy some of the 'equity' tied up in their house? As for the statements about paying their pensions and health care costs..... Al Murray would say SHAME ON YOU! and so do I ...... SHAME ON YOU!

If you listen to th VIs this is not the case. Sure there is a massive undersupply of housing so there should be thousands of jobs in the construction industry building these much needed houses.
