  3. Sorry for the confusion. July and August are extremely busy and there is a lot of demand for renting. Between September and May the place is deserted.
  4. What was negative about my post????? I invested there and I know the area very well. I just said that the West Coast is much better. For you does not probably make any difference as you have no idea about Calabria so better keep quiet on that one.
  5. Magnate, I knew about this development at the time when had not heard about Natal. I bought some prime land in at 200m from it when I have found a guy who had no idea that his land was actually worth 10 times more. The only regret I have is that I did not but more land. About the resort itself, it is quite nice. But NE will be saturated with such resorts in the near future so I am not sure about rentals. It won't be a crap like Sahl Hasheesh but won't be the Paradise either.
  6. There will be so many more resorts like that in NE-Brazil. The stuff about going up 25% is just bull-$hit.
  7. The East Coast of Calabria is junk, the West Coast is much more beautiful. Last August I saw advertisement for 400 Euro/week in Calabria for apartments and that is the most you can get there for August. Besides July and August there is no tourism over there so no renting. Between end October and beggining May there is no direct flight so quasi-nobody goes there.

  10. I do not have too much time to search Spanish prices but from the sites I looked (in Spanish, not the English ones) I could not find any 1 bedroom apt. under 45K. So I kind of doubt that the 50K 2 bedroom apt. exist in acceptable locations. Can you provide a link to a 50K Euros 2 bedroom apt. in say Puerto Lumbreras?

  14. Well, considering that an average salary in Spain is 1500 Euros, 50K would be 33 salaries. The normal price for a 3 bedroom/2 bath house with garden is 80-100 average salaries. For a lousy 2 bedroom apt 33 salaries should be OK.
  15. I would advise you to purchase German Property Fund. They have the right answer to all of your questions. Otherwise I do not think anybody will give the information you want for FREE.
  16. Let me give you a clear example. There is a city called Palm Bay in Florida where 1 acre of land sold for $40000-$50000 in 2005. It is buildable and the utilities will be in front of the lots in 2-3 years. The same lots of land now sell for $15000-$17000. Now is May 2007. This a 60% decrease. The cost of houses already built decreased by 20%. So yeah, land goes up the fastest and it comes down the fastest. To buy land really means to be investor and not a stupid sheeple.
