Fair play monsieur. Proof that some crypto bros have a brain. All the ones I know who bought in at the height of the covid bubble are still underwater. Fyi, I just sold some au off with 70% gain on my original purchase. Not the dizzying heights of bitcoin gains of course but I prefer to play it safe old bean. Profit is profit. Bon chance luv.

Thank you and well done. Profit is profit when you dollar cost average out a I’m slowly doing in my case after a decade of holding. But it’s still pre ETF and halvening  to buy bitcoin or Ethereum. It still early. Good luck anyway.

I've remortgaged everything and gone ALL in on BANNANA  COIN......I'm not STUPID !!👍🙏

So much salt in this thread and the gold one I just love it. Fact is you clowns are so dumb and ignorant that you don’t realise to this day what an opportunity still pre ETF you have to invest in Bitcoin and Ethereum. You’d rather try to make dumb lame jokes while others make bank. Pathetic.

    Even MORE 'JIBBERISH '.

BITB*LLOX is more in prison than any other currency ever devised by the scheming CABAL ...it's in a maximum security prison with ELECTRICITY AND THE INTERNET .,it can never be FREE without the cabal controlled /operated /devised systems .WAKE UP .!!

Your so desperate to GET RICH quick that your MIND is so open your BRAIN has fallen out.

Yes the markets can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent as the bankrupt gambler Mr Keynes found out.

Anyone who UNDERSTANDS MONEY should know that GOLD IS MONEY & EVERYTHING ELSE IS CREDIT ,Mr Morgan knew and warned you.

Gold is doing is accounting for inflation very nicely and I wouldn't TOUCH anything else at this juncture ....TICK TOCK .!!

So sad and such an ill-education to read. You dn't need the internet to transact Bitcoin. This must come as such a shock to you I feel sad for your fckin ignorance.

Keep on coping I guess. 😆

Indeed. All they have to do is shut down the exchanges because let's face it, the only reason anyone buys bitcoin is to convert it back to fiat since they can't actually spend it anywhere!! And the few places they can spend it use bitpay or some other service that converts it to fiat during the transaction.

Cryptos are nothing more than a symptom of the perverse period of zero interest rates and the financial speculation that ensued. So sick of hearing the ignorant comparing it to gold, desperate to give it some legitimacy; sick of seeing all the stupid articles with pictures of physical gold "bitcoins"; sick of people thinking they can simply "declare" it to be "money" doing the exact same thing that the governments they claim to be providing a valid alternative to.

Why can't they just be happy with the fact that it is an empty, vapid, speculative "asset" they they can still make money on rather than making claims it is something it is not? At this point, all of the sheep that are going to be suckered into crypto are already in, so would be nice if they'd give it a rest. Or at the very least, not bring that sh*t to our doorstep here, there is already a thread for shilling cryptos.

Two days ago I took another £100,000 off the crypto table.

    Cope.

The trolls are getting less sophisticated.

crazy considering the real life sums people are posting, yet the trolls think they are somehow really clever?

they could be the ones cashing out £100k if they were less ignorant.

It sure feels great to cash out £100k of unearned money.

The crazy (and pathetically sad) thing is JJ is that this thread has been posted and pinned on here at the top of the forum since October 2013. So despite every investor into Bitcoin (and Ethereum) since then who has dared to educate themselves to learn then put their money where their mouth is, it's unbelievably sad that those priced out of housing still try to play the bankers game against the bankers and refuse to think and invest outside the box. I know and appreciate that we have had our own personal beef before because immediately after learning about Bitcoin I went full in, whereas I have berated you for not being likewise. That's probably my bad as I compare everyone who learnt about Bitcoin at the same time as myself so I apologise for that. You did what you did and invested what you could. But that does not excuse todays learners of Bitcoin. The path has been trodden for over a decade by yourself and I. THERE IS LITERALLY NO EXCUSE NOT TO INVEST IN BITCOIN TODAY. The mad gainz are mad and they are real. And I will not stop posting about them. Roll on $100,000/BTC next year.

I've been buying Bitcoin since 2013 throughout bear and bull markets when it was £200 and ETH since 2015 when it was 20 pence. I have no qualms or reservations about taking another £100,000 off the table.

That's incredible... I had faith that something like this was coming and I returned south of the border... but crikey, I was not expecting that!

If they bring that to England then I'm doing 20hours a week and sod the GDP.

Why are you freely sacrificing yourself you the Brex_hiteers GDP?

Was a vote for something that was a lie a valid vote?

Would a vote made with a brownshirt breathing down your neck be a valid vote?

Where do we draw the line?

A vote on a lie is still a lie. In fact it’s worse than a lie because the vote attempts to validate the lie.

Brex_hit was built on lies. As has been proven time and time again since 2016.

Got to see plenty of this great country this year, investments are doing well so no money worries, gonna do more of Scotland and Lake District next year.

Few little bits of work in the new year (keep the beer tokens topped up), turns out no one going into my trade (joinery/cabinet making) is proving quite the boon for me.

Quoted someone double my usual day rate after telling them to piss off twice and the jobs now booked in, go figure?

As far as I'm concerned, I'm warm, food in my belly, and everydays a holiday with nothing to worry about..........

Lake Bala earlier in the year:

This is shocking news to read and it’s extremely sad to know that BTL posters like @PeanutButter are raking in this money off of the back of others. Sad.

The Russians never said three days to take Kiev. That was some idiotic American military guy.

Do you really think the Russians don't know where Zelensky is and couldn't hit it with a missile if they wanted to? Zelensky is worth far more to them alive than dead, because if he was dead he might be replaced by someone competent.

Vladimir Putin initially thought Russia could defeat Ukraine and overthrow its government in just three days, according to leaked FSB intelligence.

Almost exactly a year since Putin launched his disastrous invasion of Ukraine, the leaks appears to confirm what has long been suspected: FSB spies had been feeding him false intelligence in the build-up to the war which told the Russian despot exactly what he wanted to hear.
