Well I wrote my piece, though I don't pretend to be clever, I think I got my point across. When I reloaded the page though, this comment came up. First Post- A great programme, I have little sympathy for anyone who pays 304,000k for a glorified council flat in Thamesmead and wants a *higher calibre of neighbours* jeez! A little profile of me: Having recently been in a position to become a FTB (sadly through an inheritance of a missed loved one) and some serious saving over the years, my OH and I have been actively searching for our first home to buy. Viewing houses-and even putting in an offer on a place- thank god it was refused!!! *seller in denial* I found this site and... ...would like to seriously thank HPC and it's members from stopping us from committing financial suicide. We will wait....and see.
