Antsy Posted April 9, 2005 Share Posted April 9, 2005 Up from the Smoke with the in-laws for the weekend I had a look at the local paper (Tamworth Herald). About a third of the properties are 'new price' or reduced. Some agents are even advertising the reductions - mostly about 5-10k off a 160k property, but it's a start and I am amazed to see they are being blatant about it rather than underhand.
