nautilus Posted January 31, 2008 Share Posted January 31, 2008 Most of us on here are strong bears and thing that prices should realistically be some percent lower than the current asking prices. It would be interesting to know what the biggest percentage discounts have actually been accepted recently. I can kick off with a 240K offer accepted on a 260K ask which had already been dropped from 275K. So thats 7.7% or 12.7% depending on which asking price is used. The sale didnt go ahead.
