A Fool & His Borrowed Money
http://www.estatesreview.com/maindetail.aspx?codep=271 Doncaster Council have a plan- so watch out Southerners, Doncaster is to be the new financial Hub of the north leaving behind its neighbours (Barnsley, Rotherham, S****horpe, Sheffield, etc) & exceeding the prosperity of most Southern Towns! This is due to a new B&Q mcjob warehouse opening (see main pic on site) a major international Airport opening soon, an "education city" & a new coal plant! Oh, and not forgetting a "shopping centre Metro interchange heres an excerpt: - "Over the same period industrial land values and office rentals have increased by 40%, and yet still compare favourably with competitors such as Leeds and Manchester. Such growth has understandably fed through into residential developments with a plethora of new schemes selling “off plan†and recent year on year house price inflation of around 30%. So does Doncaster belong in the South East? Well the climate may be a few degrees warmer down there, but Doncaster’s job creation and investment levels are higher. So too are investors’ and developers’ returns on investment. House prices and rental growth are also higher in Doncaster as demonstrated by the surge in developer and financier interest shown in the town. To cap it all, the town offers a very low density of development with population density compared to that of the shire counties," This comment's very funny:"and no congestion to speak of. " LOL, go see for youself at rushour
