Radio 4's Straw Poll/ The Commission might be the venue (am open minded about this, but it needs to be serious) but those of us who dispute bullish assertions need to meet her/other proponents of the never ending miracle/soft landing with logic, argument and reasoned debate. I'm not suggesting I'm the man for the job, but there's enough talent on this site to marshall teh arguments, and TTRTR would be a worthy defender of the motion "this house believes that house prices will reduce in the short term".
