I am in mid Devon and noted that many people are getting desperate and droping prices. I am trying to purchase in the area, problem is that many of the local EA's seem to be telling clients to reject offers and wait for the "spring". I have made several offers, been told to get lost, only to receive a call months later saying, property "back on the market again !!", (wonder why) would I be interested ---- answer NO.
