But although they seem now to be selling them for £130,000 i will of course accept that they havent dropped now.. so £170,000 it is... fabulous... Interest only... again of course... £694.16 a month... easy... well sort of easy... Now I only make £1440 a month.. after pension.. so that is £745.84 left.. Which is £8950.08 a year.. Now I still have to pay that pesky capital back.. that would take me... 18.99 years... roviding I don't buy so much as a pack of crisps... But I can do it.. I have to do it... so many others have done it.. on less money then me.. and they must be able to afford it... and interest rates will never go up.. the safest place for my money is now property..
