Dames Posted November 12, 2005 Share Posted November 12, 2005 (edited) Hi all , just spotted one of the properties on my watchlist has a POA on it all of a sudden. Strange as it started at £219k under both agents then about a week ago one of the agents put the price at £209K. Noticed this morning though that the other agent now has a POA on it rather than following suit and dropping it to £209k. I'm assuming of course that rightmove is up to date and it is still dual agency listed. Comments. Edit: LOL , just noticed if you follow the link to the agents site the price is there anyway , which is dropped to £209k by the way.
