Longtermrenter
Should be worth a listen - maybe....
Longtermrenter
First caller was an accidental landlord who didn't know he need permission from the bank who now want £300 a month more. He had moved out to rent as he couldn't afford his mortgage. He was asking if he could evict them now, one month in! How many more of these out there? It's entirely legal for the letting agent to keep the interest on someone's deposit if it's in the tenancy agreement Legalised theft. Our tenancy laws are sick and twisted. Longtermrenter
Very interesting comments about professional cleaning which will definitely help in my case. I'm going todownload the programme, put the comments on CD and send to my letting agents! all three guests agreed that any requirement for professional cleaning should mean that the house was professionaly cleaned in the first instance. That was a lawyer, someone from shelter and someone from a landlords association.
