The boom is back with vengeance and suddenly people are rushing out to buy houses again, I think not , how do we interpret this, we need patience HPI will go negative soon enough and they know it, the VI's are coordinating the ramping and stand to look foolish as soon as HPI turns negative. Nothing to worry about, this will bring out some bulls from the woodwork. I class this as THE LAST GASP, when this ramp proves false that is it!! the end of the road has appeared before them and they can see it. The VI's will spin and squirm and cook the books to delay it as long as possible. Look out for the Land Registry changing the way they calculate HPI next, trying to hide it a little longer...
