You'll find a good few Estonians working here as cleaners and sending money home. The fact is, Eastern Europeans traditionally had a fair amount of poverty and shortages and they're good at survival. Latvia is considered a success story too and often written up in the same way. Moodys even upped their rating last year. But success for whom, with one in three unemployed? Its a piece written for its German audience. Why cant the Greeks suck it up like the Estonians?. No mention as to who was powering the Greeks credit bubble.
