Dexia a large global bank based in a tiny country that could not save it went to the fed for funds 31bill. German banks loading up.

The Tea Party will have a field day over this especially as 3 years on the Europeans have still not fixed their banks. They are still Fubar and the best solution they have is the Irish Taxpayer pays.
