Btl Are Buying Up

Recommended Posts

Everything at the bottom end of the market around where I live is being bought up by BTlose investors..

They are currently paying upwards of £135K for 2 bed terraces :lol::lol: (Worth £35K IMO) according to nethouseprices they rarely even negotiate a discount.. the most ive ever seen is 2.5K less than asking :o:o:o

There are To Let signs everywhere... more so than even a year ago... £500 PCM for a 2 bed terraced :o:o:o only people who can afford that around here re the bloody council....

When will this madness end????

Recent figures noted that public sector wages are increasing by almost twice as much as private sector wages. Bit off topic, but your council quip is probably true, sadly.
