They have either lied to him or worse still, did he even bother to question their expenses claims. It would seem that the conservatives made a mistake thinking that they could trust the libdems. I wonder whether this would have come out if the libdems had sided with labour? Or would Campbell and Mandleslime ensured that we never knew of this by either vetting the cabinet or finding a way to prevent this becoming public?
