BalancedBear
Hi, On average after an offer has been accepted, how long should it take for the sellers solicitors to give the buyers solicitors a draft contact? thanks Once you have appointed your own solicitor and they have communicated with the seller's solicitor, then it should not be long, normally one of the first few things to be done. Your solicitor would also send their solicitor a checklist to complete regarding issues with teh property, neighbour disputes and what is included in the sale.
