I noticed something peculiar today on my RM watchlist insomuch that a number of lisitngs had disappeared overnight; too many to have sold in any case. I searched RM again for properties added in the last 24 hours and lo and behold the six listings had been removed and added again by the EA - though with no pics and status as SSTC. I have heard on here that this is a common tactic by EAs to create a 'new' listing (presumably to fool Property Bee).

As an aside, the properties were all listed under one EA; Spicer McColl, Dagenham.

Is it common for EAs to have this 'slash-and-burn' approach to listings en-masse and why would they list the status as SSTC, as presumably the purpose was to simply re-add the properties?

Im I reading too much into this and should I simply spend less of my work time on RM & PB?
