  4. Sorry, I don't quite understand. Is he in Northern Ireland at the moment? and previuosly lived in Dublin? And prices have turned for the worst in Northern Ireland?
  5. Ok here goes my first post having been lurking on this board for some time. Spoke to an estate agent in Port Stewart yesterday in a social context and he said that house prices had exploded in the area over that last 2 years. However it has been very quiet since May which he said was unusual as they would normally expect it to go quiet in july. I also heard on the grapvine about 6 weeks ago that one of the leading land and property auctioners in Northern Ireland claimed that the market in Belfast had gone very quiet. Make of that what you will.....
