But Saidia won't be worth value anything as compare to Port Lixus. Saidia is for mass market and the others for upper class market. Do not compare apples with oranges.

I am sure very few people will be able to pay the 1/2 mil for Essaouira or Port Lixus. They will be for rich people. The normal people will still try to find something in the smaller developments, where they will get fried over and over again till they will run from Morocco investments.

There is nothing to save UK from the disaster. Now it is time to cover the bases, most of the people will be devastated.

I guess you miss the point that all the potential buyers in MOrocco (and their brothers) have already bought. And many already are disgusted by the developments in Morocco (Playa Vista, Etc, etc...). MOrocco hype, crerated by media and "investors" like you, has lasted only year.

I have not heard on anybody who is happy about their investment in Morocco after reading the forums. Maybe Saidia will be different but it is so far away from being ready that one has to wait about 2-3 years to make an impression.

Hi, go on the Playa Vista or Alkudia Smir or soon Saidia forums. People are complaining about anything, starting from dishonesty, bad planning, big delays, bureucracy, change of plans till the unwillingness to return deposits. Nobody seems to be happy about doing business in Morocco. One is to visit and other to own property there.

Which areas of Sinaia are there going to be developed? I have seen some nice properties advertised recently but they were quite far from the ski slopes.

Which ski resort is going to develop in the near future? I know that Prahova Valley is nice but I think that the cable cars are a bit old. I am intersted in purchasing something in Poiana Brasov. Do you know where is the best area to buy there?
