Hi can someone give me some advice i built apartment in the back garden of my girlfriend house side 6 1/2 meters by 8 meters long with no planning permission she has rented it out to Airb&b for £500 a month before I moved in and I paying the same sense I moved in to it I live in it over a year now. She wants to evict me what right do I have. I got my solicitor to but a beneficial interest on the property and the she can back with an eviction notice after I sent the later to her she wants me out by 11 of December 2023 . Should I let the local enforcement officer know about this building because if something happened in the future would I have to take the blame.
the local council was out during the build and told them it was just a outhouse room for doing massages as she is a part time nurse. Bottom line she doesn’t want any one to know because it was all cash money she wanted hide brought in from abroad. She just wanted a little retirement wedge from it
