  1. Another one here: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/commercial-property-for-sale/property-40449345.html
  2. This price drop gave me some hope today (Over £100k drop in 6 months): http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-55272290.html?premiumA=true For those who don't know, West Bridgford is considered to be one of the nicer areas of Nottingham and prices there are mind blowing!
  3. Any chance of an update, I've been lurking for a while.
  4. Ahh that makes more sense, just the fact that it's the daughter of the developers house that made me think it was a bit odd.
  5. Hi All, this is mildly related (it's the inverse of selling it cheaper) and I didn't think it was worth starting a new topic on. My neighbours house, number 3, is showing on the Land registry that it has been sold for £990k See here: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/detailMatching.html?prop=42586954&sale=23579486&country=england Mine is number 4 we bought for £150k in 2009 http://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/detail.html?country=england&locationIdentifier=POSTCODE%5E4081218&searchLocation=NG14+6RP&referrer=landingPage Now the dodgy part, my neighbour is the daughter of the developer. My question is, why would they say that the property is worth more than it actually is? Surely the means far more stamp duty etc. Any ideas?
