  1. Why now when the prices are so insane? You had the best chance in 2009. Take time. Prices will correct very soon. It may not be as much as we all hope but 20-30% will take away years off the slavery. If not, all the best.
  2. My first post here n a lovely welcome. Are you all seeing trolls wherever hard facts don't suit your imagination? Some shires are crushing others are booming. Get life n stop getting excited about **** Wilthsire. There's life outside Greater London/Wiltshire. I'd love to see some data on Beds.
  3. I wish I could write the prices in Beds are crashing but, sadly, they are not.But I still hope price fall will finally start in East Anglia. More stock is needed though.
  4. Hi. This is my first post on HPC. In Luton, Beds the trend in the last 6 months is quite the opposite with properties selling in days for well above already inflated prices. This property is currently under offer of 245k and the war is ongoing http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-50774395.html?showcase=true Meanwhile, this baby has returned on the market with +15k, I viewed it yesterday and wass outbid on it so the offers now reached the asking price. In 2012 they could not secure the sale at 165k. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-34096512.html The prices for 3 beds semi in Luton are now 90-100k more in just 2 years. Madness.
