Effectively flat although Rightmove has had a bit of a spaz today and added over a 1000 old SSTC entries. It still seems pretty consistent here lots of expensive places i.e 4 bed detached from 400k+ especially ones some 700k some 3's barely any 2's and several flats etc.

Yeah I don't imagine this is an outlier for the home counties. It really is starting to feel more like the start of a boom rather than a crash. This week only 434 of 2409 so it is still dropping at the same amount. So maybe under 400 by Christmas.

So it is still going down, now only 455 available not sstc of 2483 listed. Just how low can it go.

Well with the latest drop there has now been a 70+% decrease in the number of houses for sale since a few years ago. Now only 475 available with 2559 listed
