Well Im a FTB on £25K with £5K of student debt and £30K in the bank. Been wanting to buy for a few years now, but had no intention of getting involved in stupid salary multiples. Just rented cheap and banked the cash, waiting for in inevitable fall. Ive still no intention of beginning to look until at least the back end of 2008. I want to revel in seeing those prices crash big time first
