havent posted for a while but had to share this

have been checking rightmove for windsor, in berk with property bee seince jan and previously there have been a few reductions but nothing like what i have seen today

i was starting to think, that prices round here would not shift but they are

Looking thorough them at least 10% of all the properties listed have had reductions in the last week

reductions are mostly only 5%, but are still a few with 10% reductions

it really looks like the crash has well and truely started, the sentiment has changed and i woulnt be to suprised if i see some 15%-20% reductions with the next 2 months

every day just gets better. roll on the next 2 years

what kind of properties are you looking at here? im just about to move to the area on a 6 month rental contract at trevelyan place (one of numerous new build complexes in the area it seems). Ideally wouldnt mind buying around here but budget is 250k for a 2bed which doesnt go far.

I have been looking in a military town not far from Windsor where some of our royals have been trained.

Looking at just 4 + bed houses up to £400k since late January.

Today I saw my first 10% reduction, there have been a few smaller reductions and 2 other properties that have reduced by 10% over that time but via increments.

What I have found more interesting is this ..

60 Properties currently under my criteria

STC in Feb (still on the site) = 14

STC in Mar (still on the site) = 6

STC in Apr (still on the site) = 0

STC and the available again (still on the site) = 4

Interesting that there have been NO STC's as yet for April (what spring bounce)?
