The £85k Beach Hut.

Recommended Posts

This was up for auction at Hove Town Hall by Fox and Sons, Bognor Regis in July with a guide price of £20,000.

It was sold for £42,000.

Some points to note

Ground Floor 7' x 6'10"

First Floor 6'9" x 6'9"

Second Floor 7'6" x 7"

Superking size beds not appropriate :D

Take your own PortaLoo :(

Make careful note of the planning restrictions, which I guess that the winning auction bidder did not :)

Agents Note: Under The Estate Agents Act 1979, we would confirm that an employee of Flude Commercial has an interest in this property.
