Good up to a point:

The point when they wheeled in their Capital Economics talking head to say that this month's "financial turmoil" will be good for the property market as people will divert money from equities to property.

Neither he nor the author thought it important to point out that the "financial turmoil" consists of lenders tightening lending criteria, increasing rates and going bust.

Of course I suppose this couldn't conceivably be relevant to house prices?
