I could borrow loads of money, flush the money down the drain and then vindicate my actions by blaming someone else. I could run unaccountable IT projects, build a white elephant dome in the City, give away benefit cheques to fraudsters and pat myself on the back for a job well f*cked. In reality the private sector has to bend over backwards to get a commericial loan and when it goes wrong they lose the lot.
