No, I say, he's at work. Could you give him a message? Sure. It's g*****s Estate Agents. Number 22 s***ns Way has been reduced by £10,000 to £189,950. Could you get him to give me a call please hehehe the old fella is only window shopping, he aint serious (he failed to sell this heap last year and took it off the market). DESPERATE times indeed, when the E.A is chopping 5% off here and there at their own volition, and hopelessly thrashing about to try and hook a buyer who is completely 'unproceedable'!!!
