Said it's suddenly home to tons of kids in care (hotels being bought and set up as care homes) but the kids end up running riot and drinking/causing tons of trouble. Strikes me as: this is a direct result of bad government - that business can set up to provide a service and presumably enjoy the £400 a week plus money for it It's not good for the kids - and the companies allowing the kids in their "care" to run riot need shutting down. and it's not good for towns to be inundated like this. Whilst not directly house price related - could this be keeping afloat prices in seaside towns like Margate? And making them into hell on earth? And when the feral youths leave care, who houses them then? Do the same companies then collect night chunks of housing benefit/lha for them?
