The site will be free for EAs to advertise (unlike Rightmove which charges around £300 per Estate Agent per month). Unfortunately the article didn't say that Google were permitting private sellers to advertise. Why not? If they did that, then perhaps, just maybe, we'd all be able to advertise our own properties and bypass the EAs. (Apparently Miles Shipside is not bothered about this - perhaps he should be?)
