Correct me if i am wrong but how long have "Australians" been living in Australia ? I think they arrived 200 years ago, murdered the local population and enslaved them and stole their land. Now they can tell who will go in and who will go out ??? Sound all very fair to me.

I prefer Polish emigrants than British born yobs. At least i don't have to pay for the Polish emigrants. The British yobs ( I PAY FOR THEM TO HANG OUT AROUND COUNCIL ESTATES ALL DAY ) and at the end i get attacked and abused by these people. The same ones that i am paying for !!!

Stop slaggin off the eastern Europeans. Eastern Europeans come to UK and work and pay taxes. Because the locals are too lazy too work. Who else is going to do the work ? The locals prefer to stay on benefits (even if they work, they will get same amount of money so why work). They hang out on the council estates all day terrorising everyone with their yobish behaviour. Muslims pray 10 times a day at the mosque and don't even think of getting a job. All they care is to do 10 children so they can get more benefits and more housing. Not to mention muslim women that cannot work because it's against their laws or something like that. Emigrants from africa (asylum seekers) don't work either they are on benefits waiting for their applications to be processed or do credit card fraud or drug dealing. I AM FED UP PAYING FOR ALL THIS SCUM !!! ALL MY TAXES TO GO FOR SUPPORTING THIS SCUM !!! I don't want to be entitled to any benefits, but i don't want to pay such high taxes either.

I despise the emigrants, but i equally despise the British: yobs (all British born), criminals (mainly British born), rough working class, benefit cheats, lazy morons with 5 children living in council house on benefits, uneducated idiots etc. Ultimately what will happen is: it won't matter where you are from the rich will live separately from the rest. The poor: emigrants or British born will live in ghettos. If you are smart, educated, well behaved, kind, polite etc. you will be rich, so you don't have to worry about the rest (the scum). Just don’t go into these ghettos (that’s what I do). And if you see one of these (scum) into your area call the police. Hi Mark I am not sure why do you feel like a 2nd class citizen in your own country (but it must be your own fault). Don't blame it on the foreigners. Just because you were born here and have British passport doesn't mean that you have to be better off than the emigrants. We don't live in the colonial times here, if you are smart, skilful and hard working you will be successful, regardless if you are British born or an emigrant. I won't go into discussions about the benefits from the EU. But believe me if smarter people than you have decided that is better for the UK to be into the EU then you should trust them. The UK pays money to the EU but it has signed the EU laws as well, so it can't do whatever it wants. (Although i can see you want this, you want to tell others what to do, but you don't want to be told what to do). You want to be able to go and buy properties aboard, to get drunk and trash other countries resorts, you want to export your morons into other countries. But when you hear foreign language into your own country you feel like a 2nd class citizen. We don't know who will run the country in 20 years the way things are going it might be the Muslim Council instead of the BNP.

OK now let me explain you how it works, because it seems to me that you haven't got a clue. There is no conspiracy on a government level encouraging people form EU coming to UK. 1.The government cannot stop people from the EU moving into UK. This will contradict fundamental EU law (free movement of people). The only way to stop people coming to UK is to leave the EU or to stop expanding the EU (but this is not up to the UK). The government is not encouraging people to come to the UK they come here because there are jobs and the economy is working well. As soon as the economy stops working well and there are no jobs, migrants will leave or stop coming to the UK. 2.UK buyers buy properties abroad because they see and opportunity whether you like it or not it doesn't matter it's a free economy. And they will continue doing it. 3.The UK benefits a lot from the EU (although you don't realise it and don't want to admit it). The British ARE NOT STUPID !!! If they didn't have the benefit from the EU they would LEAVE !!! Why do you think the UK is in the EU because they are GENEROUS and want the save the world and help other people. Look with the EURO is different the UK will not benefit from the EURO that’s why stays out ! 4.The UK gives money to the EU. But TAKES MONEY BACK AS WELL. Remember the REBATE !!!!! In conclusion THAT'S THE WAY IT IS. WHAT DO YOU THINK DOESN'T MATTER. NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR OPINION.

Well your comments aren't fair. Are Bulgarians happy that their coast is overpopulated with simple minded rough British morons ... well not but they put up with it. It's the right (based on EU laws) of the British to visit and to buy property. Are the Spanish happy that their country is overpopulated with British morons pushing the house prices up... well. It's being part of the EU if you don't like it ... LEAVE (if you dare).

I look after my workers. I haven't seen an Eastern European here that doesn't want or doesn't work. All British workers that i had, were benefit cheats, they wanted me to pay them cash because they were claiming benefits. Comes to work, works for 3 days, gets paid and disappears, comes back in next week after he finishes the money looking for work. That's why i got rid of them. I want even mention how the British workers steal and cheat if you leave them unattended half of the materials will disappear. I am fed up paying taxes and feeding little criminals that don't want or won't work. Just live in council estates on benefits and as soon as they are old enough start stealing and terrorising the whole neighbourhood. Ha ha ha ha That made me laugh on who will be working in the financial industry in Dubai ? The Arabs ? The Arabs don't have a clue, these are simple minded uneducated people that don't even know how to extract the petrol from the ground. I have to 2 houses i let them to the Polish workers. They live 2 and each room including the living room. 8 Poles in 3 bed house. I charge them more than the market price. But they can't rent a house anyway. Don't speak english, no references, no money for deposit. I deduct the money directly from their salaries, i pay their bills and council tax since they don't speak english and charge them extra for that. What do you think ? Stop complaining and start making money.

Bulgaria and Romania into the EU. YES please !!! Bulgarian and Romanian workers in the UK. YES please !!! I own a large business in London. Recently i got rid of the the English workers and replaced them with Eastern Europeans. The Polish (quite stupid people) work for 1/4 wage, 10 hours a day, hard labour. I had lots of problems with the British (always complaining) Health and Safety, they want benefits, paid sick leave, paid holidays, tea breaks, unions etc. Only problems. Since i got rid of the British my profits doubled !!! Life is beautiful. Now there will be Bulgarians and Romanians i think they are more intelligent and educated than the Polish i might use them to do some high skilled jobs. My advice is stop complaining embrace the global economy and start making MONEY !!!

This project was worthless. If they can't sell they will be stuck with this huge building. If they sell the people that buy these flats will be stuck with a flat in a middle of nowhere with no rental potential ? No Bulgarian will buy a property there (they know the market). If a british investors buy there can't see what they will do with the flats ? At the end someone will be stuck with a lot of flats with no real value. I guess the ESTATE AGENTS will buy them for 1.5 milion. HA HA HA

What a joke was this !!! 1.Channel 4 and Sarah B. Well what happened at the end, did they sell the property ? No one knows ! What was the point of this program (and the previous ones) ? Did they manage to pay off their mortgages in 1 year ? Obviously not !!! Since 1 year after the program they were stuck with a property that they couldn't sell. What was Sarah's involvement in the whole program ? Did she travel to Bulgaria to check the project. I think channel 4 send a TV crew to Bulgaria to follow the investors (the idiots) or even they hired a Bulgarian TV crew. At the end Sarah said a few words form the UK and that was it all. 2.The investors (the idiots). I think there should be laws against people like these 2. Complete losers in the UK, one builder and the second one safety something. They cashed on their overprices properties took big loans and headed east to play it cool and big developers in Bulgaria. Immediately it was everyone else's fault (but not theirs) that the project was in trouble. These 2 deserved to be cheated out of their money and left with nothing. They started complaining that there is language barrier ? Well what they expect every builder in Bulgaria to speak English, just because these 2 have decided to do property development there. Complete idiots. Like in the previous program for Monte Negro (some bored stupid housewife decided to play it an architect). The result she built this UGLY white elephant in the middle of this amazing forest, hills and lakes. She deserves to go to jail for what she did !!! 3.The project - no surprise that these idiots couldn't sell anything who would want to buy in this village. I think their building is worth NOTHING, ZERO, NADA !!! Who would want to go there ? Did you see the infrastructure ? Roads ????? Water ??? Electricity ???? Sewage ???? I won't even start there ? The result the project is worth 1.5 MILION Says the ESTATE AGENT ha ha ha ha ha It might be worth even 5 BILION (if you find someone to pay that much for it) At the moment is worth: NOTHING, 0, NADA. All they mange to sell is 1 studio for a year. What a joke this was. It shows the real situation with the property market.

Well i watched it last night. It's not actually about buying property in Bulgaria. It's about property development in Bulgaria. You buy a piece of land and you build it yourself. I think you will make money that way just one thing i can not understand you can do this anywhere in the world if you do it in the UK you will make money too. I think they don't do it in the UK because it requires a lot more CASH !!! This has more to do with being building company than being property investor.

My Advice stay away, the crash has already started it will finish in the next 2 years, when the properties will hit the bottom. Investment - absolutey not.
