Anyone attempted to force prices down by making the area temporarily worse? For example buying an old banger and parking it there, or posting some fake crime reports on Nextdoor/Facebook etc? All legal of course, and I don't want to get into the morality of it. Just, does it work? Any tips to make it more effective?
