This is becoming a sick joke. Demand versus supply in SW8 is now below 1%. That means that less than 1% of listed properties get sold. ******ed up. -

Dude, you just got the perfect alibi to reduce your offer to what the bank suggests or even lower if you wish. You should consider yourself lucky. So what if you loose a few hundred quid if this doesn't go through. What's the alternative? Overpay by tens of thousands of pounds? One question I have though: when you are talking about reservation fee, are you talking about a new build? -

That's great detective work. The second property is not only in better condition, it's also 27 sqfeet bigger. That's a Manhattan style studio in the Battersea Power Station. -
He essentially already told foreign holders of US debt to ****** off. Chinese are dumping US treasuries like crazy all day. They are dumping, dumping, dumping Dollar denominated debt as soon as they ******ing can.

As I understand it this is a quasi circuit breaker. They won't close the futures but they also won't let it dip below 5%. So the support is part of a market mechanism. This means that the actual index will probably go into free fall wants that mechanism is lifted. People will get ******ed out there.

Bought last year for £430k: Barn Street, London http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-62753567.html Can we all agree that it's now worth less than what it was bought for? -
It's not my intention to make anyone act on what I say. I'm not giving advice or tell people what to do or how to act. It's my intention to have a discussion on the ongoing collapse of our system. Does that make sense to you?

There will be more wars Currencies will be destroyed We'll have severe bear markets some of which will wipe punters and asset classes out Governments will be ousted, fail and even fall Well there is something we can agree on. And no, it is not my style to share personal investment advice. This is not my aim for this forum. As for making this forum more useful: it is the third most popular forum in a little more than a year. I don't think we would have gotten there if others didn't think it was useful.
