I made an offer on Monday on a property which was turned down and a lower offer accepted because the other buyer was ready to proceed.
The house in question is now SSTC. I am going to accept an offer on my property tomorrow. Am I right in thinking I can still offer on a SSTC property and in effect try to gazump the current buyer?
I will do this, but will also feel mega bad if the other person looses out. However the wife and I have totally fallen for the property in question.
I tried to search for this topic as I am new here, but the search returned a server 500 error.
