There you go (2 bed house) just down the road and a 66% drop from beginning of 2009! Don't know if the mortgage men will give you the other 60% of the purchase price though..

One of these unfolding scaffolding tower would do the job well - much easier than a scaffold tower, cherry picker etc. If it was your responsibility that is...
