Hi Spark, we are in the process of buying one of the top floor flats in the 3rd block - a repo - which I think is where your tenant lives (he may even be a neighbour) . We've been to the site a few times to look around and the area seems fine. However, there was quite a lot of scaffolding up last weekend on the block and I'm unclear as to why? The block isn't very old! I’m also wondering how the management company is getting on - are they doing a good job etc?
