Hello All We have a short hold tenency agreement which is for a year, know my question is on the tenency agreement in THE TERM section it says: from 31st October 2008 to 30th October 2008.... As you can see the dates are incorrect although it does say above this for twelve months does this make the contract no longer binding???? Hope that makes sence???
