Hey can some one help me find some figures on how long it takes the average reposession to go through, cos i really need something to use against my bank. Its been 2 months since I missed my last payement. thanks

Hi, I just missed first payement on my mortgage, I dont have enough savings to cover payements in future, and my income is pretty low at the moment. So can any one give me some info on how long it ususally takes from missing the first payement to my flat being reposessed (like on average). Also apparently (I read in the Sun - gov't is planning a 3 month memorandum on house reposessions - will that have any effect or not? Lol - how many people will actually be affected by that policy
