Thanks for the reply cannonfodder, I am currently looking in and around Ayr, Troon, Prestwick ect.. as IMHO I feel these areas are well over priced and may drop faster/futher than some other towns. Cheers

Hi there, Would i be right in saying next year house prices are expected to be at there lowest point. And with building firms not building at the moment due to the fact that no one is buying, Tradesman will be layed off and unemployment will grow and reposseseions will increase. Now would be the right time to get the finances in place for next year to pick up some discounted repossesed properties ? Kinda new to this guys so any feedback would be appreciated on finding repossesed property in ayrshire (scotland) so i can start doing my home work the now. Cheers
