  1. There simply will not be a crash, much as you may hope for it. There will be month on month rises again by the end of the year. My generation have had it good, NHS, pensions that work, houses and a reasonable retirment age. The young generation now can look forward to none of that. The NHS will eventually be gone in all but name, you will have to work until 70 before you can claim your subsistence pension and until you're 40 you will rent before buying a home that you can reasonably afford. I have been lucky growing up when I did and have amassed enough to make my family comfortable. However, the young today will have to pay for my generation; someone has to and it hasn't so far been us. Yes it's wrong, but unfortunately that is the way the system has been geared - Why? Because our generation votes. And yes I do own more than a few properties, which I am aware makes me a real hypocrite; but it's fine being an idealist until you have to provide for a family. I hope this way to at least protect my children from some of what the future holds; socialism be damned, you have to protect your own first. So I'm sorry guys, but that's the way it is. I do feel it's very wrong, but we have a government that cares more about people like me, than the next generation, & unfortunately they're just about to get in for another term. By the time their time is over the damage will be irreversable. This is why the young should vote so they protect their interests. So there simply will not be a crash, why becasue it'll upset 'my generation' and heaven and earth will be moved to prevent this - welcome to the New Labour era!
